SCOMET export / import License

For export of SCOMET items:
We also undertake follow up of SCOMET / other export license approval from DGFT in a precise / professional manner with a very good success rate. An application for SCOMET export item is to be filed on ANF-2O with DGFT(HQ).

Before granting approval, DGFT seeks “no objection” from few other Ministries as well. DGFT takes about  6 – 12 week time for approval, after which Jurisdictional RLA will issue the SCOMET export license.

Raw materials / input required for such SCOMET export are also allowed to be imported duty free under Advance license scheme.
