Legalisation of Documents
We also provide our service for Legalization / attestation of export documents like: sale invoices, Certificate of origin and any other document from MEA,
Ministry of Commerce and Embassies of all countries, located in Delhi. Our charges are very reasonable. However, fees charged by Embassies for attestation work are to be paid by client, on actual basis.
Other Services :
Various service providers are registered with DGFT for issuing of Certificate of Origin / GSP etc under Appendix-2B of HBP. Such applications are filed in Annexure 1 to Appendix 4C. Various inspection agencies are also registered with DGFT for issuance of pre-shipment inspection (PSI) for metal scrap import. Application for this registration is made on Appendix 2H to DGFT (para 2.54 of HBP).
Permission for MOU with a Foreign Government / Foreign Party / Indian Party for onsite verification / access to records / documents in terms of Appendix 3 of schedule 2 of HSITC, to be applied on Form ANF 2E, from DGFT.

Clearance of application / License from Ministry of Environment and Forest at
New Delhi.
