Documents are\u00a0\u201csoul\u201d\u00a0of Licensing and fulfil the commercial as well as regulatory requirements of Foreign Trade Policy. The process of preparing these applications \/ documents involves various stages of interrelated rules \/ procedures such as Customs,\u00a0Shipping, Banks etc. Meticulous planning and care is required on the partof exporters and importers, while preparing these applications \/ claim documents, otherwise there may be problems to exporter in finalization of license application \/ claims for payments, due to discrepancy in documents. Importers \/ exporters can also be at risk\u00a0(due to incomplete or discrepant documents)\u00a0as it creates problems leading to non delivery of licenses \/ claims on time.<\/span><\/p>\n
