Second Hand Goods are freely importable except electronics \/ photocopier \/ A.C and D.G. sets. All other second hand capital goods are freely importable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Exports:<\/b>\u00a0All goods may be exported without any restriction except to the extent that such exports are regulated by ITC (HS) or any other provision of FTP or any other law in force.<\/span><\/p>\n

Free movement of export goods:<\/b>\u2013 Consignments of items meant for exports shall not be withheld \/ delayed for any reason by any agency.
DGFT as a facilitator of exports \/ imports:\u00a0DGFT has a commitment to
